In 1973, "Perme Textile", the first of the Group's Companies, was established. The owners are highly educated family members in fields like economics, textile and international business. Perme Textile produces all kinds of men's, women's and kid's ready made garments. The company supplied these products in Turkey until 1979, when it made its first export deal and opened up for the world markets. In 1980, influenced by the economical situation of Turkey, the company changed its production and marketing strategy and became an export company. Since 1980, Perme Textile exports all of its production. With the addition of both military and ceremonial clothing to its production line. Perme Textiles takes part in major military tender around the world.
Following the changes in the world during the 90's, such as the dispanding of the former Soviet Union, the process in Central Asia and the Eastern Europe, company executives decided to expand the company market as well as its work sectors. For that, the second of the Group's Company for foreign trade was established, followed by the Construction, Consulting companies.
The markets of Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Kazakhistan and Turkmenistan were closely studied and two additional companies were established in Turkmenistan, one of which is joint-venture with the goverment of Turkmenistan.
After settling in the Middle Eastern, North African, European and Central Asian markets, the Group entered the U.S.A. market by opening a connection office in Washington D.C.
